水玉簪科植物港發現新物種

生物學家在香港一處自然保護區，發現全球獨有的「水玉簪科」植物。

香港媒體報導，香港「自然探索學會」委員馬錫成和香港大學生物科學學院教授桑得斯在國際植物期刊發表文章，公佈他們發現的全球獨有新物種。這個物種命名為香港水玉杯。

馬錫成希望政府和市民反思。他說，郊野公園是生態大寶藏，不能隨便蓋大樓。
