双鵬公司混摻飼料用雞血製成的黑心鴨血流竄全台，台北市政府衛生局昨(14)日依據新北市衛生局提供的下游業者持續進行稽查，共計稽查32家，共計下架420塊水血製品，擇日退回双鵬公司。

台北市衛生局表示，這次稽查32家，其中鍋爸涮涮鍋(金山店)、饌巴黎(華視店)、無老鍋(中山店)、一兵一卒(101新店)、畏公長生麻辣鍋、八海精緻鍋物料理(西門店)及老四川(台北長安店)等7家曾使用双鵬公司水血製品，共計下架420塊水血製品，擇日退回双鵬公司。

針對台北市15家曾使用双鵬公司水血製品的大型或連鎖火鍋店，台北市衛生局說，衛生局及消保官會召集會議，幫助業者提出退費方案，以維護消費者權益。目前已有業者同意補償消費者。

目前双鵬公司因使用不當原料製售水血案件，新北市衛生局依違反食品安全衛生管理法第15條處500萬元罰鍰。台北市衛生局強調，若是下游業者仍販售双鵬公司的鴨血產品，將依食品安全衛生管理法第7條及第47條處3萬元以上300萬元以下罰鍰。
