蔡英文選總統 林佳龍：有能力領導台灣

民進黨主席蔡英文今天登記黨內初選領表，台中市長林佳龍表示，蔡主席過去幾年帶領民進黨從谷底走出來，證明她具有領導政黨的能力，他相信蔡英文有能力可以領導台灣，實現第三次的政黨輪替。

林佳龍說，民主政治就是責任政治，現在的執政黨做不好，就應該換人換黨來執政，他相信蔡英文登記後，會統合民進黨內各方的力量，希望「總統可以當選，國會可以過半」，實現大家八年多來的共識。
