請教：ES350頂級版(2012年235萬)親友只賣80萬，夠超值嗎？

三月底前有個機會，可以買下ES350全景天窗"頂級版"(2012年式，原價235萬)
2012年式 ES350全景天窗"頂級版"

來源清楚、單純(是親友的，都有很認真保養車)，只賣80萬！很超值？？

不知我的情況是否"適合、值得"買？想請教各位先進的意見
(但請不要砲我！拜託！我真的很認真、真誠在問)

以下簡述我的情況(與疑問)：

1.小家庭，有3歲寶寶，太太也即將再生個寶寶，成為4口之家。

2.工作穩定，家庭年收入(含 年終、各種獎金等等)約140萬。

3.因雙薪上班，目前有2輛車，1200CC skoda 三年車、1800CC Altis 15年車，都停外面。

4.預計Altis退役後，以上述ES350取代之(否則就想買"二手vios省錢"^^ 或...V40 嘿嘿~~)。

4.但...ES350停外面會不會整台消失啊？！失竊率高嗎？

5.若買了，建議需要買 全險 嗎？或？

6.ES350燃料、牌照稅合計大約36860，Altis大約11920，取代後多付出2.5萬/年，仍付得起。

若有敘述不清的地方，再煩請告知補充喔。
