我覺得賭神大叫空空把手上的房產便宜賣出的意思是，

訴求打房的空空們，應該是認為現在的房價不合理→他們手上的房子(或是父母叔伯們的房子)不應該那麼值錢→把它用你們認為的合理價格賣出吧！反正你們空空也說就快崩了不是嗎？

如果空空不願意用他們認為會崩跌的價格賣出，就是要用市價賣，就表示空空認可他手上這個自有房產的價格。

你這空空都認可這個價位了，為什麼要希望崩跌，然後叫別人便宜賣你呢？只有你可以吃好料，別人都吃大便嗎？

要上是我對賭神大這個訴求的解讀。如有錯誤請指正。
