「連身裙裡光溜溜」　男假好心撿屍性侵

邱姓男子對女性友人小玲（化名）有好感，竟趁小玲喝醉，載往摩鐵性侵。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，101年12月某日，邱男、小玲及友人在桃園市某海產店聚餐，小玲黃湯下肚後，醉倒在廁所門口，友人目睹她的連身短裙內沒有穿內褲。邱男自告奮勇稱要送她回家，和2位友人將小玲送上計程車，沒想到邱男卻直接載往摩鐵性侵。邱男辯稱兩情相悅，但在場友人挺身證稱「她已酒醉，大家都看到連身短裙內是光溜溜的」，高等法院依乘機性交罪判邱男3年10月，可上訴。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
