北市曾使用問題鴨血餐廳　擬提出補償方案

双鵬公司混摻飼料用雞血製成的問題鴨血流竄全台，衛福部食品藥物管理署長姜郁美今重申，有用到問題鴨血的餐廳業者都須下架，並通報衛生局，若持續使用依《食品安全衛生管理法》可罰3萬～300萬元。
 
台北市衛生局明將與消保官邀餐廳業者協商，討論消費者補償、退費方案，食品藥物管理處長王明理透露，北市查到包括無老鍋、老四川等15家使用問題鴨血的業者，已有業者同意補償消費者。
 
王明理說，去年底圓山飯店等30家業者，因使用樹森公司沾頂新噁油的平價標準牛排，經該局邀業者開會協商後，同意全面退費補償消費者；該局初步了解使用双鵬問題鴨血的15家業者中，雖仍有部分連鎖業者需與總公司再討論，因有樹森牛排前例，仍樂觀看待業者會提出消費者補償方案。（蔡明樺／台北報導）
