【動新聞】男落單被誤認山豬　遭同伴轟頭亡

新竹縣有3男子上山打獵，其中1人因脫隊被同伴誤認為山豬，遭開槍貫穿頭部致死。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，陳姓男子（69歲）與另2名友到到苗栗山區打獵，陳男的頭燈故障脫隊，後來同行的簡男（66歲）誤將在草叢的陳男眼鏡反光當成山豬眼，立即開了一槍，子彈貫穿陳男頭部致死，簡男衝上前才發現誤殺同伴，簡男自責說：「對家屬和死者很過意不去。」依過失致死及槍砲罪法辦，訊後以2萬元交保。（胡治言／綜合報導）
