這問題不能只看目前、很short term的薪資。 理工科的碩士學位，代表無論是否有獨創性，至少有過論文的實作經驗。 不是歧視學士。只是當你發現隔壁做同樣事情的碩士畢同事， 無論薪資或升遷都相對令人滿意。一般人都會想良禽擇木而棲吧？ 以一個用人單位主管，想到的是： 新人會不會因為想要去唸碩班而離職？ 會不會即使績效再好，也因為一堆碩畢在前面卡位而沒發展性， 然後為了更好的舞台而不得不離職？ -- 深夜，筆尖冰冷地劃過稿紙，稍停，隨即被無邊的靜默包圍。 清寂的夜色，萬籟俱寂，宛如身在一處空谷，等待回音。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.163.145.100 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1423934690.A.9E8.html
