馮光遠立委選舉挑戰吳育昇　有跡可循

作家馮光遠昨天在臉書正式宣布，將參選2016年新北市第一選區立委，挑戰國民黨籍現任立委吳育昇。馮光遠與吳育昇之間的戰爭，其實早在2010年就已經埋下導火線。

馮光遠在2010年時，曾在《壹週刊》專欄中，暗諷立委吳育昇外遇事件，遭吳育昇提告。馮光遠多次在出庭時，穿著寫著「每逢慾昇，想起薇閣」、「想起薇閣，痛不欲生」的T恤，諷刺吳育昇外遇事件。雖然吳育昇在辯論終結後，無條件撤銷對馮光遠的告訴，但馮光遠反而對吳控涉嫌誣告。

去年身為憲法133實踐聯盟「BMW罷免吳（育昇）」公民運動發起人之一的馮光遠，不但努力推動罷免連署，其間更曾經多次暗諷吳育昇「上賓館和罷免都是公民的權利！」、「不要臉的東西，你是個混帳」，更曾經直接點名批評吳育昇是「賓館立委」，但在連署第二階段未達門檻，而這個失敗，也是馮光遠昨天宣布參選的理由之一。（隋昊志／綜合報導）
