罷免案未過　民進黨：國民黨勿再阻擋修法

國民黨立委蔡正元罷免案未通過，民進黨發言人鄭運鵬表示遺憾。他認為雖然結果未如預期，但人民已經成功透過此次罷免行動，展現公民力量，共同寫下台灣歷史。此外，鄭運鵬也重申，現行罷免法有許多不合時宜的規定，民進黨將再度提出修法行動，希望國民黨主席朱立倫與國民黨立委不要再阻擋。

鄭運鵬表示，台灣作為一個成熟的民主國家，今天是民主發展史上最具指標意義的罷免投票，我們看到從過程到結果，公民自主的透過理性論辯，成功展現公民力量，也體現了民主的價值和真義。

鄭運鵬指出，雖然結果不如預期，但公民行動的高度意志與行動力，成功捲動民主浪潮，推動民主進程，值得各界肯定。（吳家翔╱台北報導）
