蔡正元罷免案 中選會：未過關

中央選舉委員會今天表示，第8屆立法委員蔡正元罷免案，投票結果投票人數不足原選舉區選舉人總數2分之1以上，罷免案結果為否決。

中選會將在2月16日舉行委員會議審查罷免案。
