​投票率2成5未過半　蔡正元罷免案不通過

國民黨北市港湖選區立委蔡正元罷免案今投票，依法須通過雙二一門檻，即選舉人總數31萬7434人過半、逾15萬8717人投票，且有效票中2分之1同意才算過關。北市選委會傍晚宣布投票結果，投票率24.98%，投票人數79303人，有效票7萬8933人中，其中7萬6737人贊成，2196人不贊成，罷免案不通過。

依照《公職人員選舉罷免法》，罷免案遭否決者，在該被罷免人之任期內，不得對其再為罷免案之提議。換言之，蔡正元將穩坐立委寶座到明年初任期結束。(王家俊／台北報導)
