【更新】才剛開放美加牛雜　加國驚傳狂牛症

衛福部食品藥物管理署昨才公告，開放美國、加拿大30個月齡牛隻的食道肌、血管、頭骨肉、面頰肉、骨髓和牛油等6項牛雜輸台，今就傳出加拿大出現2011年來首例狂牛症。食藥署長姜郁美說，昨已接獲加國通知，發病的牛是在牧場被發現，還未被宰殺，感染原因、牛隻年齡等細節還待釐清，加上加國主動公開資訊，而我僅開放30個月齡以下、風險相對較低的牛隻肉品進口，因此現階段不會調整對加拿大牛肉的進口管制。

但姜郁美強調，我國將檢視加拿大依據世界動物衛生組織（OIE）規範進行的調查結果，若該病例使加拿大牛隻染牛海綿狀腦病（俗稱狂牛症）的風險提高，從目前最低的第1等級風險可忽略國家，提高到第2等級風險已控制國家，甚至第３等級的風險未定國家，屆時我將暫停加拿大牛肉進口。（沈能元╱台北報導）
