上週和他家人
去看了淡水小坪頂的新建案
因為是大家族
約13人
要一起住

次建案有大坪數
又有view
因為可能買2間
問了價格後

因為太貴
臉色很難看
正要走時
建商經理突然說

他們有個台商客戶
買了幾間
因為最近官司問題
公司社會觀感不好
想認賠殺出

只要有人要買
對方願意以當初的購入價
平轉賣出
另外在送一間一樣大小同社區
坪數的房子

只求拿回一半現金
就可以

朋友一聽
很心動
又怕是詐騙

各位有遇到過嗎？
可以買嗎？
