報導中油前董座自肥　《壹週刊》登報道歉

《壹週刊》今在《蘋果日報》頭版刊登道歉啟事。

第五九一期《壹週刊》，報導中油公司前董事長朱少華，設立人頭公司承包中油採購案，涉嫌自肥7千萬元。朱少華認為報導不實提告求償，高等法院一審判決壹傳媒與記者須連帶賠償50萬元並登報道歉定讞。

《壹週刊》今刊登的道歉啟事，對於報導朱少華先生在擔任中油公司董事長期間，成立人頭公司「彰明商事有限公司」，並以限制性招標方式圖力自肥新台幣7千萬元等，對朱少華先生構成名譽權之侵害，鄭重公開道歉。(即時新聞中心/綜合報導)
