國際能源總署：油價回穩還需要更多時間

《CNBC》報導，近期國際原油價格已自數年以來低點反彈近 20%，不過國際能源總署 IEA 警告下跌原油供需失衡問題還沒結束。

IEA 在最新原油市場報告中指出，近期油價大幅反彈讓投資人看見一絲希望。不過目前全球原油供應量依舊過剩，各大石油公司縮減預算、關閉油井對於原油廠產量的影響不會馬上顯現出來，未來還需要更多時間油價才會回穩。

IEA 報告中也指出，這段期間全球原油庫存量可能還會大幅增加。2015 年中之前，全球經濟合作發展組織 OECD 34 個會員國原油庫存量可能合計高達 28.3 億桶，追平1998年八月紀錄。

IEA 分析認為，原油市場表現有其週期，原油市場供需要找回平衡可能還需要數年時間。
