議員涉詐補助款　鍾小平更審仍無罪

高等法院更一審審理前台北縣議員利用議員補助款舞弊案，今仍依《貪污治罪條例》判業者林永青等3人各7年至3年8月不等徒刑，張金榮、王景源2名議員各酌減改判5年半及3年10月徒刑，至於一審獲判無罪的前副議長李學益等4名議員，則逆轉改判3年10月到5年半不等，僅鍾小平、陳文治、簡文劉等3名議員仍維持一審無罪判決。還可上訴。

本案源於宏傑集團負責人林永青從1996年起接觸前台北縣議會（已改制新北市議會）第13、14屆議員，取得僅記載會計年度、補助金額與議員簽名的空白「台北縣議員用牋」，製作不實補助記錄再給議員三成回扣酬謝。經檢方分2批起訴至今，已纏訟逾10年，本件屬於第2波起訴範圍，第1波起訴仍在高院審理中。（黃哲民／台北報導）
