遭合夥人告誹謗　丁小芹一審判無罪

藝人丁小芹前年與女子蔡心宜合夥經營服飾店，由蔡母鄭羽涵擔任負責人，去年初丁小芹卻在《今晚誰當家》、《命運好好玩》等節目中，指控蔡女掏空公司後與員工逃到日本，事後遭蔡家母女怒告誹謗，台北地院今判丁小芹無罪。

過去開庭時，法官曾協助雙方調解，當時蔡家母女要求丁小芹公開道歉並賠償240萬元，但丁小芹認為金額太高，且雙方還有財物糾紛，拒絕蔡家要求，調解因而破局。

後來法官再度勸和解，蔡家雖然將求償金額減半，但丁小芹仍認為金額太高，調解二度破局，法官只好傳喚雙方到庭，經勘驗節目光碟、訊問證人及辯論程序後，訂今天宣判。（張欽／台北報導）
