中國70大城新屋價　終於有1個漲了

去年12月中國70大城新屋價格有66個城市月比呈現下跌，1個上漲，3個持平，結束此前連3月新屋價格無一上漲的頹勢，顯示政府放寬不動產限制及去年底無預警降息有助提振房市。
 
上月唯一月比上漲的是深圳，交銀國際駐香港中國研究部門主管Hao Hong說：「房地產價格周期將在今年轉彎，表現可能優於市場共識，隨著銷售量攀升，價格也應走高。」（于倩若／綜合外電報導）
