現行《律師法》規範律師要本於「自治自律」之精神，達到「保障人權、實現社會正義及促進民主法治」使命。
然而自民國81年律師法全盤翻修距今已經23年，不合時宜的《律師法》成為前述目標最大阻礙，現行法的缺失包括：律師及律師組織受到法務部的監督控制，且律師公會不具備入會審查權等........(閱讀全文)
