通姦被抓要和解？老翁遭詐10萬

新北市80歲趙姓老翁本月初接到陌生來電，誤認對方是久未聯絡的小舅子，對方謊稱跟人妻通姦被抓包，亟需40萬元和解金，趙自認身為姊夫應拔刀相助，交付10萬元給對方，事後越想越氣欲教訓小舅子，致電本人才知受騙趕緊報案。刑事局預防科表示，這類「猜猜我是誰」詐騙手法，歹徒會假冒親友，以受傷住院、被討債、調頭寸等理由借款，民眾應致電本人查證，甚至要求本人面交，以防落入圈套。
