保扁「殷實之人」是他　前立委劉文慶

國防部前部長蔡明憲自願擔任扁保外就醫的保人，但因他涉嫌洩露國家機密，遭特偵組起訴，目前仍由高院審理中，恐難符合「殷實之人」的標準，扁家為求保險起見，決定另覓保人，改由前立委劉文慶為扁作保，稍早劉文慶已現身台中地檢署，辦理相關保釋手續。（鄧玉瑩／台中報導）
