自助餐夾了又放回去？　消保官：可以

很多人可能有夾了自助餐，結帳時卻發現怎麼那麼貴？進退兩難的窘境。

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，新北市一名女子吃自助餐，夾了青菜與蒸肉，要價60元，她嫌貴不敢加點白飯；消保官表示，覺得太貴可以拒絕購買，把菜「放回去」。

消保官認為，依據消費者保護法規定，買賣契約成立必須經業者、消費者兩方同意，自助餐要價過貴，消費者有權拒絕，還可將菜夾回菜盤裡。

自助餐業者指出，客人質疑價位高可以議價，但考量衛生，夾過的菜絕對不可以再放回去。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
