柯P公開遴選局處長　柳林瑋：有疑慮

台北市長當選人柯文哲今天上午公布第二波小內閣名單，宣布資訊局長將由前逢甲大學資訊長李維斌出任。身為資訊局長遴選委員之一的1985行動聯盟發起人、前台大醫師柳林瑋，在臉書表示對結果相當滿意，並宣布請辭遴選委員一職。
 
柳林瑋表示整個遴選過程完全不公開，完全背離大家期待的公開原則，但自己對於結果是相當滿意的。對於柯文哲選擇用公開遴選及iVoting的方式選擇局處長，柳林瑋認為是有疑慮的。施政目標必須是各局處長統合通盤規劃後，才能共同達成佈局。若以分開遴選方式，該如何處理，這種公開遴選的方式，日後應該要有通盤的檢討。
 
柳林瑋認為，就他的認知，民主政治應該是責任政治，民選市長應該是對全體市民負責，底下的局處長是向市民負責，並非直接向市民負責。柳林瑋並質疑，這兩種選才方式，不論結果如何，未來都是柯文哲出來負責。（隋昊志／綜合報導）
