白宮防闖 專家建議升高圍欄

（法新社華盛頓18日電） 根據今天公布的獨立安全審查報告，美國白宮圍欄應該立即升高4、5英尺（1.2到1.5公尺），防人翻越闖入。

白宮9月19日發生1名退役軍人持刀翻越圍欄深入內部的事件後，美國國土安全部長強生（Jeh Johnson）指派1個4人獨立小組審查檢討。

獨立小組機密審查報告摘要今天公布，透露負責總統和政府高層維安的美國特勤局管理出現嚴重問題。

獨立小組也建議將白宮圍欄升高4、5英尺（1.2到1.5公尺），認為這會有所影響，但對於具體設計細節只是點到為止。

報告還說特勤局太封閉，需要外部人員介入徹底改革，並增加探員人數和加強訓練。
