富邦金狂賺近600億　年終擬加碼

金控獲利王富邦金今年前11月狂賺592.2億元，超過半個股本，富邦金總經理許婉美今日表示，將討論追加年終獎金預算，來犒賞員工一年來的辛苦。由於去年年終獎金平均數為4個月，外界預期今年富邦金年終獎金可望更上一層樓。

不過富邦金年終獎金是視績效而定，績效好與績效差的差距相當大，績效好的可望遠遠超過4個月，績效差者則可能無法樂觀預期。

許婉美表示，富邦金年終獎金預算是去年編列預算時就已經定案了，但今年富邦金獲利相當不錯，因此接下來會跟董事會提案討論追加年終獎金預算，讓員工能共享獲利的果實。

至於央行總裁彭淮南日前在立法院表示，明年不少企業加薪幅度預計要達4％，許婉美說，因今年尚未結束，尚未開始討論明年的加薪幅度，「不過會跟老闆報告一下彭總裁的期望。」(王立德／台北報導)
