國民黨拚修憲綁大選公投是目標

因應國民黨立委江啟臣提案組成修憲委員會，國民黨立法院黨團今天上午舉辦黨團大會，正式成立黨團修憲工作小組，選出由立委呂學樟擔任召委，負責後續修憲案推動。呂學樟表示，下周就會召開第一次會議，決定運作方式。

呂學樟表示，黨版修憲案在立法院下會期一定提出，考慮節省社會成本，修憲工作小組運作時程，會以2016大選綁公投複決為目標。

國民黨立院黨團修憲工作小組由呂學樟擔任召集人，立委丁守中、江啟臣、盧秀燕、李貴敏、楊瓊瓔、賴士葆、江惠貞與林德福等人任副召集人。

國民黨團大動作開黨團大會，選出黨內修憲小組正副召集人，江啟臣組成修憲委員會提案，卻在院會擱置，讓外界質疑國民黨玩假的。國民黨政策會執行長費鴻泰表示，時候到了，會非常善意的處理。
