匯豐中國多元資產入息平衡基金准募

金融監督管理委員會證券期貨局同意「匯豐中國多元資產入息平衡基金」募集，總額新台幣200億元。

證期局指出，匯豐中華投信公司申報募集匯豐中國多元資產入息平衡基金，以新台幣、人民幣，及美元計價發行。

基金自成立日起屆滿6個月後，投資股票（含承銷股票）、存託憑證、債券及其他固定收益證券總額應達基金淨值70%以上。

投資中國大陸有價證券，總額不得低於基金淨值60%；投資於債券總額應達基金淨值50%以上。不過，依專業判斷，為提升基金操作彈性及投資效率目的，得不受這項投資債券比率限制。

投信公司將視股票市場情況，依據投資策略會議決議，進行股債比例動態調整，將基金投資股票比率調整為不高於基金淨值90%，不低於基金淨值10%。
