昇陽半導體 23日登興櫃

國內再生晶圓族群再添新兵，昇陽半導體（8028），將於下周二（23日）登錄興櫃，主辦券商元大寶來證券表示，昇陽半導體認購價格為每股55元，登錄興櫃之後，下一步積極規劃轉上巿。

昇陽半導體成立於1997年，主要業務分為半導體及能源二大事業群，其中半導體晶圓再生服務為公司起家業務，亦是目前主要獲利來源，之後拓展至晶圓薄化業務及晶圓整合服務，能源業務則鎖定磷酸鋰鐵電池及電池組研發、生產及銷售。

昇陽半導體去年度營收14.09億元，年增20.2%，稅後純益4.83億元，年增98.89%，每股純益4.68元。昇陽半導體可提供客戶多種尺寸晶圓再生服務，著重於12吋晶圓。
