桃園潘姓男子（27歲）不滿讀大學的邱姓女友要跟他分手，今年6月6日中午開車到邱女就讀的學校大門口，以「最後一次午餐」為由邀邱女吃飯，邱女答應上車後，潘男卻把車直往中壢住處駛去，邱女雖察覺不對勁，仍然不動聲色，到了潘家門口，兩人下車後一言不合，邱女掉頭走人，潘男竟對邱女勒頸抓頭，恐嚇「你今天也不用回去了，我要讓你死」，因邱女掙扎反抗，導致雙雙跌倒在地，潘母聞聲出門查看，邱女始趁機脫困提告，桃園地檢署今依傷害罪將潘男提起公訴。（張沛森／桃園報導）
