FB嗆「公幹這臭婊子」　妨害名譽送辦

禍從口出！去年11月間，一名李姓女駕駛，在彰化市金馬路內車道上，突然衝出1隻流浪狗，因剎車不及撞上該犬隻，導致自己的車輛保險桿受損，並於當日將過程PO上臉書，發洩情緒。網友發現後，不爽認為李女撞狗的行為，臉書發起「出來道歉並將狗狗在哪裏交代清楚」活動。

基隆市一名45歲潘姓女網友，竟在該活動留言說，「大家來公幹這臭婊子」、「是垃圾！是雜種！」等不當發言，李女氣得報警提告。日前全案偵辦終結，潘女向檢方坦承犯行，檢方依妨害名譽罪嫌，對潘女聲請簡易判決。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
