破管釀高雄氣爆　榮化董事長起訴

釀成32死的高雄氣爆案，高雄地檢署今天偵結起訴，認定李長榮化工破管導致丙烯外洩為釀災禍首，將董事長李謀偉等9人被依公共危險等罪起訴；另外氣爆箱涵違規設管，且氣爆現場還有一個無人管理的幽靈箱涵，檢方也認定當年監工的市府養工處前員工邱炳文等3人涉業務過失致死罪，今一併起訴；而氣爆當天市府的處置過程，檢方認定無刑事責任。(郭芷余／高雄報導)
