搶身障人士提款卡　法官：存款64元不算搶

羅姓男子搶走身障人士的提款卡，法院一審依搶奪罪判他徒刑8個月，二審改輕判拘役20天。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，法官指出，被害人存款只有64元，羅男未逼對方說出提款密碼，無不法所有意圖。但有法界人士認為二審法官論點不合理，羅男搶提款卡目的就是帳戶內存款，搶嫌不會預知內有多少錢，密碼也有其他管道可查出，羅男犯行應構成搶奪罪。台中高分檢表示，等收到判決書再決定是否上訴。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
