俄經濟體系崩美升息步伐不受影響

央行緊急升息26碼，盧布2個交易日來重貶近2成，官方升息步調體宣稱危機在掌控之中，俄羅斯老百姓仍持續拋售國幣，總統普丁10多年來建立的經濟體瀕臨崩潰。美股周二收盤3大指數全面收黑，道瓊指數跌逾110點至17069點，惟近2日淪為外資提款機的亞股，今未隨美股走跌，表徵整體行情的MSCI亞太指數小漲0.1%。由於美國成長穩健，Fed升息步伐預料不會受俄羅斯金融震盪影響。(于倩若／綜合外電報導）
