台灣北部持續低溫特報，宜蘭的太平山在早晨7時許，氣溫持續保持在0度以下，但是可能是水氣不足，所以並未下雪，但是樹枝上都結上一層霧淞，地面也有結冰的狀況。

早上6時許有從台北特地前來等雪的8位文化大學的學生，他們表示聽到新聞說有低溫特報，特地連夜上山，就是為了等雪，雖然沒有看到下雪，但是看到一片白茫茫，樹枝上的結的霧淞，也讓他們感到非常新奇。(游芳男／宜蘭報導)
