馬刺客場經延長賽苦戰，以93：95不敵籃網，8連勝遭終結。

籃網的泰利托維奇（Mirza Teletovic）26分15籃板，得分賽季新高；德隆威廉斯（Deron Williams）17分9籃板，洛佩斯（Brook Lopez）16分15籃板。

馬刺的格林（Danny Green）20分10籃板，鄧肯（Tim Duncan）14分17籃板，吉諾比利（Manu Ginobili）15分6籃板。

賈奈特（Kevin Garnett）本場比賽休息，未能與鄧肯上演聯盟優秀前鋒的對決。

鄧肯本場復出，但馬刺卻遇到了大麻煩。上半場馬刺還以42：40領先。籃網下半場頻頻外線命中，第三節打出一波22：5攻勢，一舉經62：47領先。三節過後，馬刺反以58：68落後。

末節，馬刺反撲，格林投進兩個三分球，還有2分鐘，馬刺完成15：2的反擊，只以83：84落後1分。馬刺有多次超前機會，但未能把握，只能將比分扳成88：88。籃網最後一投不中，兩隊進入延長賽。

馬刺從墳墓爬出，進入延長賽很快又陷入困境，終場前1分54秒，籃網以95：90領先。格林投中三分球，吉諾比利在終場前4.9秒投三分球未能命中，雙方形成跳球，時間被消耗光，馬刺失去翻盤的機會。
