五萬戶公共住宅的話
以一戶30坪計算
總共是50,000*30=1,500,000坪=150萬坪
那以一坪七萬塊計算(低估)
1,500,000*7萬=10,500,000萬=大概花個一兆就有機會了
這樣算應該對吧
如果加上土地成本的話
應該會*2
所以大概兩兆就可以了~~
