禁商業代孕 泰國會通過法案

（法新社曼谷28日電） 泰國國會議員今天表示，國會通過禁止商業代理孕母法案。傳出一對澳洲夫婦遺棄一名泰國代理孕母生出的唐氏症嬰兒後，泰國多不受規範的商業代孕產業引發不滿聲浪。

議員瓦洛普（Wallop Tungkananurak）說，國會昨天一讀通過這項法案，從代孕獲取利益的任何人，最高將處10年有期徒刑。

瓦洛普告訴記者：「我們希望終結外國人認為泰國是嬰兒工廠的想法。」

他說：「這項法案獲得壓倒性支持。」

嚴格說來，泰國醫學委員會禁止商業代孕，但據信頂尖不孕症醫療機構直到最近都還提供這項服務。（譯者：中央社蔡佳伶）
