Fed宣布結束QE　續維持長期超低利率

美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed）宣布在10月底結束QE3，正式告別執行6年的QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）政策，自11月1日每月債券收購規模將由現行的150億美元降為零，並重申強調，會在QE退場後，續維持超低利率「相當長時間」（considerable time）。

同時，Fed聲明中對就業市場展望與通膨情勢的論調略為改變，表示就業市場勞動力未充分利用（underutilization）的程度「逐漸」下降，而「能源價格下滑」則使近來通膨率顯得低迷。 (劉利貞／綜合外電報導)
