滅頂　華南金：101百貨興建聯貸不受影響

華南金董事長劉燈城今赴第19屆兩岸金融合作研討會活動後表示，銀行對頂新旗下能率開發案已經撤案，沒有暫停或重啟與否的問題，至於101百貨所在大樓興建時的聯貸案，劉表示，頂新持股只有37%，泛公股逾4成，且華南金集團持有101百貨約2%股權，雖沒有董事席次，也仍希望101百貨可以順利營運，整起聯貸態度暫不改變。

劉燈城表示，華南金信義總部已到最後消防安檢階段，最慢年底應可搬入，與101百貨公司相望。（陳瑩欣／台北報導）
