【動新聞】美麗灣環評遭撤　居民再勝

爭議不斷的台東美麗灣渡假村ＢＯＴ案，台東縣府再敗訴！

今日出版的《蘋果日報》報導，美麗灣度假村ＢＯＴ案，前年被法院判決撤銷環評確定後，台東縣府卻通過新的環評審查結論，讓美麗灣案復活，居民、環團不滿再打官司，高雄高等行政法院昨以縣府官員未迴避審查、規避進入二階段環評程序違法等理由，判決撤銷新環評結論。除非縣府重做環評或上訴翻盤，否則美麗灣不得再復工，也創下國內第一個連續兩個環評結論遭撤銷的首例。(葉國吏／綜合報導)
