點完千元大鈔，手指竟「藍藍的」？央行發行局表示，因真鈔採凹版印刷是防偽設計，點鈔摩擦才會造成掉漆。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，台聯北市議員參選人簡聖哲、歐陽瑞蓮、謝建平等人昨下午質疑，無論是在提款機或櫃台領錢，回家要數鈔票時，手指成「藍藍的」，千元鈔竟然「掉漆」，以為領到假鈔。

央行發行局表示，真鈔因為採凹版印刷，民眾點鈔過程，因摩擦才會造成掉漆。油墨對人體無害，反倒是鈔票細菌多，建議民眾點完鈔後勤洗手。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
