能率集團轉投資影一製作所將在10月27日登錄興櫃，董事長董俊仁表示，台灣電影從《海角七號》熱賣後開始熱絡起來，但籌資仍不是每人都很順利，對影片創作人而言，籌資是夢魘，所以跟李烈討論後萌生「讓電影產業進入資本市場，可以順利募資，導演製片可以專心至做好電影，並將回饋利潤給股東」，這想法實現慾望漸趨強烈，最後終於促成影一登錄興櫃念頭。

董俊仁表示，鬆綁上市櫃限制，讓電影文化走進資本市場，期許成為電影資本化的標竿。總經理李烈則表示，期望中期目標是3~5年內建立電影主題公園，保留喜愛電影場景。（王郁倫／台北報導）
