金管會振興股市第4支箭將提早在11月3日射出，其中包括鼓勵企業舉辦業績發表會。而證交所也預計於11月6日至28日陸續辦理11場次「上市公司業績發表會」。包括泰碩、新至陞、鑫永銓、亞崴、程泰、華立、達邁、中鼎、阿瘦、遠雄悅來、群光、傳奇與漢翔。

證交所表示，為使投資人暸解國內上市公司營運績效，並提升資訊流通及透明度，預計於11月6日起在證交所9樓大會議室及1樓資訊展示中心陸續辦理 11場次「上市公司業績發表會」，邀請各產業上市公司向投資大眾說明財務業務情形及對未來產業前景的看法，以建立投資人與國內上市公司間良好溝通與互動橋樑。
　　
證交所指出，上市公司業績發表會將邀請國內三大法人、四大基金暨一般法人及證券商人員參加，並開放媒體採訪，投資大眾可透過證交所網站同步收看「上市公司業績發表會」實況，了解相關公司及其產業之發展情形，證交所網址為 http://webpro.twse.com.tw/。
