前衛福部長邱文達日前爆料2家油廠未曝光，昨晚他表示，那是稽查劣油過程中的「舊聞」，並非離職刻意爆料，當時未發現頂新可疑。

邱文達昨晚自日本返台後接受中央社專訪指出，他請辭已1星期以上，日前在「天下雜誌」訪談中提及食品藥物管理署稽查劣油時曾遇到困難，一定要檢方介入才能偵破食品詐欺案，當時只是舉例說明稽查數據資料兜不攏，又找不到中間人，這是過程中的「舊聞」，卻被當成新聞。

他說，在天下雜誌訪談當時提及還有2家油廠未曝光、有大廠涉入，並非是他離職還刻意爆料，食藥署代理長姜郁美後來已向媒體說明，大廠指的就是正義，2家油廠是正義的上游廠商「永成油脂」和「旭日友商行」，食藥署已將資料移送檢調調查，目前也調查完畢，食藥署作了?明。

前兩天食藥署獲越南工商部證實，頂新製油使用越南進口的飼料油，邱文達說，直到他去職及接受雜誌專訪時，他都不知情。(中央社)
