劉品言行李被丟包　控土耳其航空失職

劉品言（言言）日前帶媽媽到土耳其享天倫，不過這趟親子假期卻在回程因被航空公司搞丟行李而難畫下完美的句點。今午言言氣得在臉書po行李的「遺照」控訴土耳其航空公司失職。
 
她難過地說：「我想念我的行李箱⋯⋯從昨天晚上土耳其航空說下班了查不到之後，今一早起床問居然也沒有正確答案，只說下午有班機降落時再看看有沒有⋯⋯但算算時間，如果真有放上班機，現在不是也該知道了嗎？土耳其航空回我：喔，我們電腦沒有update！這到底是什麼答案⋯⋯？這麼大一家公司沒有在記錄的嗎？情緒從緊張—難過—現在要轉到生氣了⋯⋯這樣對待乘客真的很不應該⋯⋯。」
 
她還隔空對行李箱溫情喊話：「陪我這麼多年的『大鋼狼』，我平時都任由別人這樣摔你，如今你1人流落他鄉好可憐，快回來母親的懷抱吧～我會更加疼愛你的～。」網友不僅聲援她，也都覺得航空公司的處理方式「太扯了吧」！（黃于珊／綜合報導）
