港民主黨創黨主席：港官員都是中共走狗

超過4000名香港民眾今天(14日)下午參與「和平佔中」發起的「黑布行」大遊行，大會在遊行終點、港島中環遮打道舉行集會。民主黨創黨主席李柱銘致詞時表示，中國人大常委會的政改決定，違背2004年的釋法決定，並無法律根據，更直批港府官員並沒有為香港人發聲，是中共中央的走狗。

李柱銘表示，中共人大在2004年的決定指出，特首向人大提交政改報告後，人大只決定是否批准報告，但這次的決定卻為普選暗中設下多個不合理條件，包括特首候選人要取得過半數提委會提名等。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
