澳洲亞德萊德一名8歲女童，在遊樂園玩大型機動遊戲時發生意外，竟從座位上被快速拋出，由高空墜落地面死亡。

事發在當地時間周五(12日)中午12時25分，女童正在玩一項名為「Airmaxx 360」的機動遊戲，坐在旁邊17歲的目擊者鄧伍迪(Malinda Dunwoodie)表示，她看見女童的安全帶有完整繫好，但卻從座位被高速拋出，仿如一個布偶飛出10至15公尺高空再墜地，送醫急救後仍不治死亡，畫面有如恐怖電影。當局正調查意外原因。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
