向地下油行買原料　強冠：也是被害者

高市大寮區強冠企業向不法業者郭烈成購買回收油，製成「全統香豬油」流入市面，強冠面對媒體追問：「為何向不法業者購買原料？」低調回應：「這個我們沒有辦法自圓其說。」但強調也是遭郭男蒙騙。

強冠表示，今年二月開始購油，3月1日開始生產，但只有「全統香豬油」混用到地溝油，昨天已通知盤商全面下架，其他油品則品質無虞。

高市消保官與衛生局人員目前正在強冠工廠稽察，了解油品回收狀況。（王勇超／高雄報導）
